Billing & Engagement Terms
To confirm an engagement and reserve time for your project, a 25% retainer is required based on the estimated total project cost.
The retainer is applied toward the total (not an additional fee)
Work begins once the retainer is received
Remaining balances are billed according to the agreed scope and timeline
Any changes to scope are discussed and approved in advance.
